Life Wasted

Today Dean came home with a sad news. His co-worker's son's bestfriend died in an accident the other day. She was only 13 years old. The girl stole her mom's car and drove on the freeway to see her boyfriend who allegedly was trying to break up with her. It was reported that a drunk driver hit her but if she had a good judgment in driving she could have avoided the accident. The driver was guilty of DUI absolutely but he couldnt be charged of manslaughter. Why would he be? The girl shouldnt have been in that place at that time. It wasnt her choice to die untimely but it was her choice to steal her mom's car and with no license sped on the interstate highway. Wrong choice she made. I feel so sorry and sad for the family who are grieving her loss. I hope they will find comfort soon as family and friends are praying for them.
