My Puto Pao

Lanie shared with me her Puto Pao recipe and I promised her that when I make it I'd blog about it complete with photos.

I used my rice cooker/food steamer to make the puto pao. Also as molder, I used the disposable muffin pan. I just cut the cups individually. Very economical since I spent $1.80 for 12 cups at pwede pa gamitin ulit.

Marc, my kitchen assistant. He loves helping me when I'm cooking.

Ayan, mukhang masarap naman, di ba? The ones that look busted, sila yung nilagyan ko ng shredded cheddar as topping kaya iba hitsura. In fairness, masarap talaga.

I'm actually making buffalo chicken wings. I love it mild.

Lan, thank you so much again for sharing your recipe. GOD bless you and family!
